Do you remember me mentioning Lois, my friend Jim's wife? Like me, she at first was very leery about ionized, restructure water. Even told her hubby to run, not just walk away, from such craziness!
But that's not all Lois did. Upon closer examination, there is even more to Lois' role in the "grand scheme of things". In fact, I would have to say "my story" was just a sub-plot of "her larger story". "Say what" you might be thinking? Well let me tell you what I discovered about a month after I began enjoying my ionizer.
I'm over at Jim's house, casually visiting with him and Lois around their kitchen table, of course drinking our water. Lois is telling me that she just got some exciting news from her doctor, that her body's cholesterol level was good. So I asked her if there had been a problem with her cholesterol in the past. She answered "Yes, unfortunately there was as she was told a few months ago by her doctor that she would need to be going on Lipitor". I was somewhat surprised by this because if you knew Lois, you would know her as a fit and trimmed lady in her early 60's who always ate the right foods and ran 4 miles every other day.
"Hey Lois, so what did you do when you heard that?' I asked. "Lou, I was devastated. I told my doctor that I did not want to take this drug, that I have never taken any drugs and had no desire to start now. But he told me that, in his opinion, there was nothing I could do to escape this inevitable fact. He said that I already was eating healthy and I exercised religiously, so I could not look to diet or exercise for the answer. It was just one of those unfortunate things in life, that there really wasn't anything I could do to change this situation. But regardless of his advice, I asked (actually insisted) that he give me a month to get my cholesterol down in my own way."

"So what happened next Lois?" I asked. "I went home and cried, then I cried out to God, asking him to help me find a solution, reminding Him that I have never been keen on taking drugs" was her reply. "Then I started looking at various popular health diet plans, thinking I could find something better than what I was eating. But I soon realized that I already ate more healthy than any of those diet plans recipes. So I slowly resigned myself that soon I would be taking Lipitor."
"A week later, our son Nathan asked me to lunch. I was excited to do this with him. But after ordering our food, he began talking to me about "dad's water", about how he was reading on the internet how people in Japan experienced their high cholesterol dropping as they drank this water. Then he asked "Mom, why don't you drink dad's water?" To which I said "Did your dad put you up to this? Nathan, you know I hate drinking water, ever since I was a little girl". Nevertheless, because of his insistence that his dad was innocent and his obvious concern for me, I told Nathan I would try drinking dad's water. So when I got home, I "gagged" about a half a glass down. Same thing later that day and the next. But by the 3rd day, I awoke thirsty for this water, and experienced no more gagging. I was surprised!"
"A few days later, I called my doctor's office, rescheduling my return appointment out a few more weeks so I could give this water and my body a fighting chance. Frankly Lou, I had hope, but no faith in this water. But I began drinking it in earnest, several liters daily. When it came time to return to the doctor, the nurse took my blood, then I waited in the lobby to see my doctor. When I later entered his office, he looked at me then said "Lois, what have you been doing? How did you get your cholesterol down so much in this short amount of time?" I said "Doctor, I have drinking ionized alkaline water" to which he replied "Keep drinking that water and have a happy life without Lipitor!" I left his office ecstatic. I called Jim to tell him my great news. Then about 15 minutes later, I called Jim again to tell him the fantastic news. I was just so excited I wasn't thinking straight!"
I was overwhelmed by Lois' story. So after composing myself and reflecting about what she had just told me, I asked her "Lois, do you remember the exact day that you cried for help?" Her answer revealed that it was only a few days before the day Chet called Jim telling him about the water technology. It was at that moment that the 3 of us clearly saw the Divine connection with what had been unfolding in each of our lives the past few months. Pretty incredible, huh. Lois' prayer was answered by drinking her husband's "despised" water which in itself came about through her crying out for an answer from above.
Now, for the final chapter to Lois' story ... going back in time, a few days after Lois told Jim that she thought this ionized water was quackery, a scam, she awoke one morning feeling like she needed to tell Jim that it was okay with her that he go ahead and get the ionizer because she really knew in her spirit that this was what he really wanted to do, but of course "to never expect her to drink that water". To which Jim replied "Thanks Lois, it should be here any day now!"
